Manipulation i ledarrollen
Ledares egenskaper och förhållningssätt är centrala för att skapa förtroende och tillit hos medarbetare och nå framgång i ledarskapet. Studiens syfte var att söka svar på hur kvinnliga chefer upplever och förhåller sig till manipulation i ledarrollen. Ett ytterligare syfte var att undersöka chefernas bedömning av betydelsefulla egenskaper och förhållningssätt för ett framgångsrikt ledarskap. Halvstrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med fyra kvinnliga chefer i olika branscher. Resultatet analyserades med induktiv tematisk analys.

En bild ljuger aldrig? : En studie om digitaliseringens inverkan på trovärdigheten i fotografier
The concept of the photographic truth has had a special status for almost 200 years. Yet with the emerge of digital technology and especially digital photography there has been a loss of the particular connection photography has had in reference to reality. The aim of this study is to see in what ways digitalization has affected the credibility of photography from the perspective of professionals in the field of photography. The digital technology that has enabled the large-scale manipulation of photographies is not, however, the main reason for the decreased credibility of photography. The ongoing discussion about the available possibilities concerning digital imagery and manipulation has had a far more powerful effect on the concept of the photographic truth.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how customers' senses can be influenced by the experience of a visit to a tourist company and how six tourism businesses today utilize this phenomenon. The problem is that the phenomenon of sensory impact is a relatively newly discovered substance and not sufficiently established in the market.This essay is about how six selected tourism businesses use the human?s five senses during a visit by the companies. The information from each company is gathered by interviews that took place at each company with responsible employees. We have also met with experts in different sensory areas to best find out how companies can make best use of sensory experiences to influence their customers.

Påverkan av social desirability vid självskattning av könstereotypa egenskaper för män och kvinnor
Studiens syfte var att undersöka om det sker en social desirability effekt vid självskatting av egenskaper som beskriver manliga och kvinnliga stereotyper när dessa egenskaper framhävs positivt. Studien ämnade ytterligare undersöka om män och kvinnor skiljer sig åt i social desirability. Ett experiment utfördes där försökspersonerna slumpvis fördelades över en kontrollbetingelse och två experimentbetingelser. Den ena experimentbetingelsen tilldelades en kvinnlig manipulation där kvinnliga stereotyper framhävdes positivt medan den andra experimentbetingelsen tilldelades en manlig manipulation där manliga stereotyper framhävdes positivt. Kontrollbetingelsen tilldelades ingen manipulation.

This study examined if individuals act in a less discriminating way and in a more fair way when they receive instructions about justice and not being discriminating while recruiting. 96 randomly assigned students at the University of Lund participated in this study. The participants were informed that they would act as a recruiter. They would then choose and place three of the best personal record in order of preference. There were three different kinds of company policies/instructions.

The purpose of this examination was to se how exercise affects the learning capacity. In this work I have chosen to integrate natural science with sport and the target group was a primary department. The two areas I integrate with sports were: the digestive system and knowledge of deciduous trees. I split the class in two different groups. One group got to have a theoretical lesson and the other one got to have an exercise lesson.

In nature settings people often experience positive emotions.
Litterature and theories about the positive effect of nature on
humans are largely based upon visual impressions and aesthetic
preference. The purpose of the present study is to examine how
visually impaired individuals that lack visual impressions
experience nature. The background is about what it means to be
visually impaired and what it is like to be visually impaired in a
nature setting, followed by a presentation of the five human senses
and about stimulation of senses in healing gardens. That is followed
by theories about the health promoting effect of nature, about why
nature and therapeutic gardens make people feel good. After that
theories about experiences and relations with settings are
presented.

One way to achieve this is to make use of all the emotional elements of a product or a service.
Kulturmiljövärden utan synintryck, en studie med synskadade
This graduate thesis takes its hold in an idea that many values, in cultural heritage environments, other than the onesthat can be seen with the eyes are as important for the experience of the environment as the visual ones; however theenvironments are usually defined by values that can be experienced visually!Interviews were held with four visually impaired persons. This to get a better understanding for how big part othersense modalities play in the experience of the cultural heritage environments. Questions were asked about what thevisually impaired especially value in cultural heritage environments and what is of value for preservation. Also whatcan be done to make the environments more impressive for them, how they experience the material part of theheritage, architecture, shape and color and with what senses they primarily remember. Furthermore the thesis aims todraw attention to how value definitions made by the conservation field affects the experience of the environmentsand therefore the accessibility for visually impaired.
Vad är en sinnesträdgård? : ansats till framtagande av de utmärkande egenskaperna hos fenomenet
The purpose of this paper is to find the true meaning to the Swedish word
"sinnesträdgård" as a fenonomen. This paper concentrates on the Swedish use of the
word, because the term has different definitions in other countries. Our choice was a
phenomenological method after reading literature on, and in relevance with, the subject
without finding an answer to the question. According to our six informants - a politician,
a project manager, two landscape architects and scientists, and two occupational
therapists, the concept has not yet been defined.
The results show that a "sinnesträdgård" is complex and means several things, but the
main purpose of the concept and place is to stimulate all senses. We have discussed how
to distinguish the concepts "sinnesträdgård", design garden and health garden, from each
other as they all stimulate the senses.

I examine how relationships between people and objects are created and continues through contiguity every time one use or touch an object and through participation through use and memories. The aim is to continue a relationship and to keep a communication alive with people beyond time and space, then, now and henceforth. I take advantage of and transform the traces in an object that belonged to someone. Parallel I create new space for bodies to put their mark for the first time. I compare my work with the Nordic Museum's task to preserve the present for the future.
